These buffalo turkey sliders with slaw were made for dinner Monday night. And I definitely suggest not leaving the slaw off of these! It’s an easy serving of veggies, and the perfect compliment to the spicy meat. It can easily be adjust to more or less spicy to your own taste. Let’s get cooking!

This weekend we went to a bbq cookout at a friends house, and I took this salad. It uses all easy to find ingredients during the summer time. Requires no actual cooking and tastes better the next day. It’s a great side dish!
