Hello my friends! It feels like its been forever! I didn’t have a new recipe for you last week but I did create 3 brand new recipes last week. Pretty excited about that. Continue reading “Instant Pot Lamb Roast with Yogurt Sauce”
Happy Wednesday and hello Summer Tomato Salad! I feel like all the recipes I’m sharing with you and all the recipes I’m thinking about making to share here are all about tomatoes. Hello everyone, I hope this finds you well. Despite a slew of disasters ravishing our beloved country right now. Harvey has devastated south east Texas and it’s tragic, heartbreaking. Another part of the country is bracing for Irma. And in my little corner of the country the Pacific Northwest, it’s on fire. Both Washington and Oregon are fighting wildfires. It is so unreal to me that summer is almost over! It took forever to get here, and now its leaving and I’m not ready at all! My relationship with summer is pretty serious, I’d say. Anyways, how can you make a Friday better? With a brand new recipe! Continue reading “Roasted Balsamic Garlic Brussel Sprouts”
GOOOOD Morning! And Happy, Happy Friday Love Bugs! Have I got an easy, delicious side dish for you. If you’re over ran with garden tomatoes like I am, you’re in luck with this recipe. I’m seriously loving it so much. The summer fresh tomatoes really make it sparkle, but no garden no problem. Hit up your local farmers market or be nice to your neighbor if they have a garden, ha-ha. Even store bought tomatoes this time of the year are better quality then they are the rest of the year if you have to shop for them.
